RİNİTLİ HASTALARDA CD4 VE CD8 LENFOSİT SUBGRUPLARI VE IgE İLİŞKİSİ

The level of total immunoglobulin (Ig) E in serum, CD4 and CD8 cell counts and CD4/CD8 ratio were evaluated in patients with allergic rhinitis and non-allergic rhinitis with eosinophilic syndrome (NARES), and the results were compared with those in healthy control group.

Alerjik rinit ve non-alerjik rinit eozinofilik sendrom (NARES) hastalarında serum total immunoglobulin (Ig) E seviyesi, CD4 ve CD8 hücre sayısı ve CD4/CD8 oranı değerlendirile-rek sağlıklı kontrol grubu sonuçlarıyla karşılaş-tırılmıştır. Alerjik rinit grubunda total IgE sevi-yesinin diğer gruplara kıyasla daha yüksek ol-duğu tespit edildi (p<0.05). CD4 sayısı, alerjik rinit ve NARES grubunda daha yüksek bulunsa da, bu yükseklik, gruplar arası karşılaştırmada anlamlı bulunmadı. CD8 sadece NARES gru-bunda kontrol grubuna nazaran anlamlı fark gösterdi. CD4/CD8 oranı ise, alerjik rinit ve NARES grubunda, kontrol grubuna göre daha yüksek bulundu ancak istatistiksel anlamlılık tespit edilmedi. NARES’li hastalarda total IgE ile CD4/CD8 oranı arasında korelasyon tespit edilirken, alerjik rinit hastalarında aynı kore-lasyona rastlanmadı. Hem alerjik rinit hem de Nisan-Haziran 2005 CD4 VE CD8; TAHAMİLER VE ARK. 83 NARES grubunda CD4 ve CD8 ile CD4/CD8 oranı arasında güçlü korelasyon görüldü. So-nuç olarak CD4 ve CD8 hücre sayısı ve bunla-rın oranı rinitli hastaların değerlendirilmesinde tek başına kullanılamaz, ayrıca IgE ve lenfosit subgrupları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilemedi.
