The main aim of the study; on agricultural land, to make clear the differences at developing splash erosion that depending the change of tillage practice and determine the tillage practice to slow down the accelerated erosion. In the study area, six different fields that are around Acipayam and Golhisar districts were chosen to test agricultural practices and each field was divided into three different agricultural practices; unploughed, ploughed across slope, and ploughed down slope. To measure splash erosion, 11 cm diameter nine splash cups were placed in the plots. After each natural rainfall event, to formthe data the soil collected ineach cup was dried using a heater at home and weighted. The relationship between the amount of splashed soil and tillage practice was determined as statistical. Simple correlation analyses were undertaken to determine the relationship between rainfall intensity and splash erosion. As a result; splash erosion was greater on ploughed than on unploughed plots

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; tarımsal topraklarda, toprağıişleme yöntemlerindeki değişime bağlıolarak damla (splash) erozyonunun gelişimindeki farklılıklarıortaya koymak ve hızlanmışerozyonu yavaşlatıcıtoprak işleme yöntemini belirlemektir. Amaca yönelik olarak Acıpayam-Kumafşarıve Gölhisar-Yusufça çevresindeki eğimli tarım arazilerinden farklıtoprak tekstürleri içeren 40x24 m’lik altıtarla seçilerek; her tarla, konturlara paralel ve dik sürüm ile sürüm yapılmadan bırakılma yöntemleri uygulanarak üçer parsele ayrıldı. Her parsel üzerine 11 cm çapında üçer adet splash kap yerleştirildi. Doğal yağmur ortamında her yağışdönemi sonunda splash kaplardaki topraklar test poşetlerinde toplanarak data oluşturuldu. Test sonuçlarıyla splash erozyonun sürüm yöntemine göre göstermişolduğu değişim istatistiksel olarak ortaya konuldu. Bunun yanısıra yağış şiddeti ile splash erozyonu arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak için korelasyon analizi uygulandı. Sonuç olarak; konturlara paralel ve dik sürüm yöntemleri uygulanan parseller splash erozyonu üzerinde pozitif bir etki yaparken, sürüm yapılmamışparseller splash erozyonunun en az artışgösterdiği bölümleri oluşturmaktadır.
