Abstract (2. Language): 
The viewpoint of individuals tending to show organizational citizenship behavior will be positive to the civil society organizations, as the most important feature of civil society organizations is the capability to be organized on a voluntary basis by the individuals. In our work, we tried to evaluate the viewpoints and participation potentials of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences toward the NGO’s, expressing the voluntary-based initiative in the extent of civic virtue behavior.
