Abstract (2. Language):
Supernumerary teeth are described as the teeth formed in excess of the normal dentition. Although theirs etiology is completely unknown, this problem seems to be caused by genetic or environmental factors. They can be found nearly anywhere in the dental arch. They can be single, double or multiple, unilateral or bilateral, and in one jaw or both jaws at the same time. Supernumerary teeth are commonly associated with various syndromes e.g., Cleidocranial dysostosis, Gardner syndrome. In contrast, supernumerary teeth in the absence of any syndromes are rare.
In this article, a non-syndromic two patients that one of them has bilateral supernumerary premolars in the both jaws and the other has bilateral supernumerary premolars in the mandible are presented.
