Tuberous sclerosis complex is a hamartamatosis which mainly effects central nervous system, skin, kidney, liver and heart. The predominant neurologic manifestations are seizure and mental retardation. A 39-year-old female patient with late onset seizure and typical skin findings and her sons are presented and this clinical entity 13 reviewed with are emphasis on the importance of systemic family screening.

Tuberoz skleroz kompleksi, başlıca santral sinir sistemi, deri, böbrek, karaciğer ve kalbi etkileyen hamartomatoz bir hastalıktır. En belirgin nörolojik özellik nöbet ve mental retardasyondur. Geç başlangıçlı nöbet ve tipik deri bulguları olan 39 yaşında bir bayan hasta ve aile taraması sonucu tanı konulan iki oğlu, tüm ailenin sistemik taramasının önemini vurgulamak amacıyla sunulmuştur.
