Neurobehçet: A Transverse Myelitis Case

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Behcet's disease (BD) is a relatively rare multisystem inflammatory disorder characterized by the triad of oral and genital ulcers and uveitis. The central nervous system (CNS) is involved in 4-49% of patients in the literature. Transverse myelitis is a rare occurence, especially when it is the only neurological manifestation. We report here a 25 year-old man with neuro-Behçet's disease in whom the spinal cord MRI was abnormal.
