Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare, destructive inflammatory skin disease in which a painful nodule or pustule breaks down to form a progressively enlarging ulcer with a raised, tender, undermined border. Lesions may be soittary or muttiple and present either in the absence of any appearent underlying disorder or in association with systemic disease, such as ukerative coittis, Crohn's disease, polyartrttis or gammopathy. In this case report, a patient with pyoderma gangrenosum associated with ulcerative coittis and hyperthyroidism was presented.

Pyoderma
gangrenozum nadrr görülen hasaraayıcı, inflamatuar brr deri hastalığıdrr. Ağrılı nodül veya püstül şeklinde başlayan iezyon/ardan kenaraarı deriden kabarık, dokunmak/a hassas, kenar kıs/m/arının altı oyuk, giderek genişleme eğllimi gösteren ülser gelişir. Lezyonlar, ülseratif koiit, Crohn hastalığı, poliartrit, gammopati gibi sistemik hastaıık/ar/a birlikte veya altta yatan brr hastalık olmaksızın tek veya çok sayıda olabilrrler. Burada piyoderma gangrenozum ile birlikte ülseratif koltt ve hipertiroidi görülen brr olgu sunulacaktır.
