Abstract (2. Language): 
This study reported the reliability and validity studies of Intellectual Achievement Responsibility Scale developed by Crandall, Katkovsky and Crandall (1965) to measure the Locus of Control in Academic Situations. The sample consisted of 182 High School students. In ıts reliability studies, the item-total correlation coefficients, the Cronbach Alfa ( o :.55) and the test re-test reliabilities ( r:.51, p<.001) were calculated. For concurrent validity Nowicki-Strickland Locus of Control Scale(1973) was used (-.20.4 , p<.001). Principal components factor analysis explaned four factors for the scale.

Bu çalışmada akademik durumlarda denetim odağını ölçmek için Crandall, Katkovsky ve Crandall (1965) tarafından geliştirilen Zihinsel Başarı Sorumluluğu Ölçeğinin güvenirlik ve geçerlik çalışmaları verilmiştir. Örneklem 182 lise öğrencisini içermektedir. Ölçeğin güvenirlik çalışması, madde toplam korelasyonu katsayısı , test-tekrar test ( r: .51, p<.001) ve Cronbach Alfa katsayısı ( oc: .55) ile hesaplanmıştır.
