Abstract (2. Language):
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of different application methods of composite resins on microhardness. Materials and Methods: Test samples (2mm thick, 6mm in diameter, n=12) were prepared by using a hybrid composite (Flttek Z250, 3MESPE, St. Paul MN, USA). Following applications were performed on the surface of the specimens. Group1: Direct application (only composite application). Group2: Composite application under myaar strip. Group3: Composite application with Panavia F Oxyguard II (Kuraray Medical Inc, Japan). Group4: Composite application with Biscover (Bisco, Inc. Schaumburg, IL, USA). The hardness test was performed using a digital microhardness tester (Bueh/er, Lake Bluff, Ilinnois, USA) (load: 500 g; dwell time: 15 seconds). All samples were measured from the top and the bottom of the composite discs. Data were anayyzed by using Student t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Tukey's tests (p<0.05). Results: The mean values and standard deviations are as follows: Group1 (top=66,29±3,29; bottom=66,01±2,75), Group2 (top=64,85±2,68; bottom =52,06±5,16), Group3 (top=53,92±3,92; bottom=48,49±3,50), Group4 (top=62,42±5,19; bottom=55,21±6,67). According to these results, Group3 showed statistically significant difference between the other three groups. Conclusion: Application of Panavia F Oxyguard II to the surface of the composite significantly reduced the microhardness values.

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı uygulama yöntemlerinin kompoztt reznnlerin mikrosertliğine o/an etkisinin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: 2mm kalınlığında, 6mm çapında (n=12) test örnekleri, hibrid brr kompoztt (F/ttek Z250, 3MESPE, St. Paul MN, USA) kut/ant/arak hazır/andı. Örneklerin yüzeyine şu uygu/amalar yapıldı: Grupl: Sadece direkt kompoztt uygulaması yapıldı. Grup2: Myaar strip attında kompoztt uygulandı. Grup3: Panavia F Oxyguard II (Kuraray Medical Inc, Japan) ile kompoztt uygulaması yapıldı. Grup4: Biscover (Bisco, Inc. Schaumburg, IL, USA) ile kompoztt uygulaması yapıldı. Sertlik test, dijital mikrosert/ik test cihazı (Bueh/er, Lake Bluff, Iliinois, USA) (kuvvet: 500 g; dwell time: 15 saniye) kul/anılarak gerçekleştirildi.
