In article the problem of use of rent as an economic method of
management is considered by municipal property. Lacks of developed practical use of
rent of municipalities are revealed. The approach to definition of size of a rent for
using municipal property is generated. It is focused on average market cost of
property and it includes all expenses, connected with restoration and use of a fixed
capital.
