Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci ve Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi Yardımıyla Bakım Stratejisi Seçimi

Selecting Maintenance Strategies by Using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Quality Function Deployment

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
As a tool to translate customer requirements into technical requirements, the house of quality (HOQ) has become one of the most important techniques in quality function deployment (QFD). Recently, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach has been proposed for prioritizing (weighting) the customer requirements in HOQ. Thus, the aim of this study is to explain how the integrated AHP and QFD approach should be used for selecting the best maintenance strategy. The proposed method is applied to the automobile service station and the total productive maintenance (TPM) is selected as the most appropriate maintenance strategy for this firm
