Abstract (2. Language): 
The policies of selective credit have a more opportunities for the scales of financial use and have a positive effect on the financial resources allocation. So, the techniques of selective credit control in use may be considered as a active use of credit policy which has effect on the general level of effective demand. Both short-term and long-term the selective credit policies have different effect on increasing product and sometime can be considered as a very expensive financial resources which are directly effected by higher and higher rates of interest. In the same process, certainly the selective policies which have a important effect on the policy of banks and the financial techniques of another financial institutions for regulating the general financial rules and support to manufacturing sector that it’s main object that is growth to the future are very important.

Selektif kredi politikaları, finansal kullanım ölçeğini arttıran bir çok fırsatı ortaya koymakla birlikte finansal kaynakların dağılımı üzerinde de pozitif bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu yüzden kullanılan selektif kredi kontrol teknikleri, efektif talebin genel seviyesi üzerinde bir etkiye sahip aktif bir kredi politikası olarak da göz önüne alınabilir. Gerek kısa dönemde, gerekse de uzun dönemde selektif kredi politikaları üretimin arttırılmasında farklı etkilere sahiptir ve bazı zamanlarda giderek artan faiz oranlarının etkisiyle oldukça pahalı bir kaynak olarak da ele alınabilir. Şüphesiz ki, yine aynı süreçte bankaların ve diğer finans kurumlarının politika ve finansal tekniklerinin oluşmasında ve genel finansal kuralların düzenlenmesi ve asıl amacı geleceğe yönelik büyüme olan üretim sektörünün desteklenmesi üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip söz konusu bu politikalar son derece önemlidir.
