Rabdomiyoliz ve Hipovolemiye Bağlı Akut Üremi ile Başvuran Nefrotik Sendromlu Olgu Sunumu

Abstract (2. Language):
Rhabdomyolysis is the rapid breakdown of skeletal muscle tissue due to injury to muscle tissue and can lead to acute renal failure in the case of underlying hypovolemia and acidosis. We present a case with nephrotic syndrome that was admitted to our nephrology department with acute uremia, had a oneweek history of diarrhea and at the beginning was thought to be acute renal failure secondary to dehydratation. We considered rhabdomyolysis as we detected a high creatinini phospho kinase (CPK) level in the laboratory examination and we learned that the patient had a history of trauma to the ankle. We want to emphasize the importance of the anamnesis for diagnosis and treatment.
