Standardized Static Pressure Curves for Air Conditioning Fan Selection

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The head loss due to friction and duct fittings, as well as the velocity regain, in nine common low velocity air conditioning ductwork arrangements are analyzed to obtain system static pressure heads. A set of curves of static pressure versus fan discharge were thus obtained. Such curves can be used repeatedly for fan selection for different installations.
