Abstract (2. Language): 
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between school burnout and academic motivation in high school students. The working group of the study consists of 455 students from the high schools in Erzurum city center, selected with appropriate sampling method. School Burnout Scale and Academic Motivation Scale were used in the study to collect data. Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used in the analysis of the data collected through the study. As a result of the study, it was determined that there is significant and negative relations between school burnout and academic motivation, and the school burnout has direct and indirect significant effects on the getting over himself, using knowledge and exploration dimension through the latent variable of academic motivation. Lastly, it was determined that school burnout is a significant predictor of academic motivation.

Bu araştırmanın amacı lise öğrencilerinde okul tükenmişliği ile akademik güdülenme arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu Erzurum şehir merkezindeki liselerde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler arasından uygun örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 455 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için Okul Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve Akademik Güdülenme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde elde edilen verilerin analizi için korelasyon analizi ve yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul tükenmişliği ile akademik güdülenme arasında negatif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki olduğu ve okul tükenmişliğinin akademik güdülenme örtük değişkeni üzerinden kendini aşma, bilgiyi kullanma ve keşif alt boyutları üzerinde doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak anlamlı etkilere sahip olduğu ve okul tükenmişliğinin akademik güdülenmenin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu belirlenmiştir.
