Abstract (2. Language):
Ziya Bey is an intellectual of the Ottoman-Republic period, who realised
the synthesis of bureaucracy, politics and culture. The library of
handwritten manuscripts in Sivas, which he built as a centre of science
and culture, has been serving with its original building to those
who demand science in the fields of commentary, hadith, history,
psychology and logic for a hundred years.

Osmanlı-Cumhuriyet dönemi aydınıdır. Bilim ve Kültür merkezi
olarak inşâ ettirdiği Sivas Yazma Eserler Kütüphânesi; kendisine has
orijinal binasıyla, tefsir, hadis, felsefe, tarih, psikoloji ve mantık gibi
sahalarda, ilim tâliplilerine bir asırdır hizmet vermektedir.
