This research aims to develop Instructor’s Organizational Identification Scale so as to identify the organizational identification levels of the university instructors. Survey method is used in the research. Validity and reliability analysis of the scale are based on the replies of 232 instructors recruited in fifty different universities in Turkey. The completion of reliability and validity analysis has resulted in the final scale with two factors and 13 items. KMO value of the scale is 0.939 and the 2 value of Barlett test is 1817.711 (p<.05). The scale provides 65,298% of total variance. Cronbach-alpha is calculated 0.934 for the final scale.

Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversitelerde çalışan öğretim elemanlarının örgütsel özdeşleşme düzeylerinin belirlenebilmesi için Öğretim Elemanı Örgütsel Özdeşleşme Ölçeği geliştirmektir. Ölçek geliştirme geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarında Türkiye’deki 50 üniversiteden 232 öğretim elemanının görüşlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarının sonucunda 2 faktörlü, 13 maddeden oluşan ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin KMO değeri 0.939 ve Bartlett Küresellik testi 2 değeri 1817.711 (p<.05) bulunmuştur. Toplam varyansın %65,298’ini açıklayan, 2 faktörlü, 13 maddeden oluşan bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Cronbach-alpha güvenirlik katsayısı ölçeğin toplamı için 0.934 olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
