Abstract (2. Language): 
Aim: Describing the radiological appearances and possible infiltration patterns in a case with multi organ Burkitt’s lymphoma and discussing infiltration of periportal area as hypodens lesions in liver that is rarely seen in Burkitt lymphoma. Material and Methods: Mediastinal mass, ascite, peritoneal thickening, kidney, small intestine and liver infiltration is found in the patient that admitted to the hospital with chest pain. Result: Burkitt lymphoma is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma seem in different organs. Periportal liver infiltration is a rare involvement of Burkitt lymphoma.

Amaç: Multipl organ tutulumu olan Burkitt lenfomalı olguda infiltrasyon paternlerinin ve bu organlardaki olası tutulum şekillerinin radyolojik görünümlerinin tariflenmesi; karaciğerde nadir görülen periportal düşük dansiteli Burkitt lenfoma tutulumunun tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Olgu Sunumu: Göğüs ağrısı yakınması ile hastaneye başvuran hastada plevral efüzyon, mediastinel kitle, asit, peritoneal kalınlaşma, böbrek, ince barsak ve karaciğer tutulumu birlikteliği şeklinde görülen Burkitt lenfoma tespit edildi. Sonuç: Burkitt lenfoma değişik organlarda görülebilen bir Hodgkin-dışı lenfomadır. Periportal karaciğer infiltrasyonu Burkitt lenfomanın nadir görülen bir tutulum şeklidir
