Yüksek basınçlı sıvı kromatografi (HPLC) tekniği ile HbA1c ölçümünde HbF’in interferansı: olgu sunumu

Interference of HbF in HbA1c measurement by high performance liquid chromatography method: a case report

Keywords (Original Language):

Abstract (2. Language):
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) measurements are widely used in the monitoring of blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. Different methods are used in the measurement of HbA1c. It is possible to obtain false results in HbA1c measurement because of the effect of different interferences. In this article, an interference which occured during measurement of HbA1c using high pressure liquid chromatography in blood sample belonging to a baby was emphasized.
Abstract (Original Language):
Diyabetes mellituslu hastaların kan glikoz düzeyinin izlenmesinde, hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) ölçümleri yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. HbA1c ölçümünde değişik yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. HbA1c ölçümlerinde farklı interferanslar nedeniyle yanlış sonuçlar elde edilebilmektedir. Bu makalede, bir bebeğe ait kan örneğinde, yüksek basınçlı sıvı kromatografi tekniğiyle yapılan HbA1c ölçümü esnasında meydana gelen interferansa dikkat çekilmek istenmiştir.
