Abstract (2. Language): 
Mention is the most important tool used in reaching to marifah and affection which is the aim of mystical orders. Each mystical order adopted a different mention style and educated its members that way. The mention styles in mystical orders were determined by mystical ijtihad of mentor. Execution of mention with certain number of repetitions is an application dated back to Prophet Mohammad. From this point of view, murshids determimed a different number for each mention. Although sufis state that they determine number of mentions by means of inspiration and unveiling, effects of philiosophic, esoteric and other mystical systems are significant for the fact that they pay much attention in number of mentions and determine a different number for each mention. In aforementioned systems it is believed that numbers and letters have secret powers in the universe and that secrets of the universe can be revealed when the secret of numbers is solved. For this reason in mentions made with the aim of prayer making saving in the universe by taking advantage of the numbers' power of impact was aimed.

Tasavvufî tarikatların amacı olan marifet ve muhabbete ulaĢmada kullanılan en önemli araç zikirdir. Her tarikat ayrı bir zikir usulü benimsemiĢ bu yolla mensuplarını eğitmiĢtir. Tarikatlardaki zikir usulleri mürĢidin tasavvufî içtihadıyla tespit edilmiĢtir. Zikrin belli sayıda tekrar edilme Ģeklinde icrası Hz. Peygamber dönemine dayanan bir uygulamadır. Bu noktadan hareketle mürĢidler her bir zikir için farklı sayı belirleme yoluna gitmiĢtir. Sufiler zikir sayılarını ilham ve keĢf vasıtasıyla belirlediklerini ifade etseler de onların sayıya bu denli ehemmiyet vermesinde ve her bir zikir için farklı sayı tespit etmelerinde felsefî, batınî ve diğer mistik sistemlerin etkisi görülmektedir. Sözkonusu sistemlerde sayı ve harflerin evrende gizli güçlerinin olduğuna inanılmakta, sayıların sırrı çözüldüğünde evrendeki sırların çözülebileceği düĢünülmektedir. Bu nedenle özellikle dua amaçlı yapılan zikirlerde sayıların etki gücünden yararlanarak kainatta tasarrufta bulunma hedeflenmiĢtir.
