Abstract (2. Language):
Our paper’ s interested in the effects of targeting policy on unemployment rates as hysteresis. For this, firstly, I examine the years, which’ re put into 1992 between 2009 formly as ex-ante and ex- post effects inflation targeting. To find the effects of inflation targeting on unemployment as hysteresis, I form the regression model which is taken three variables which, are variable dependent variable’ s unemployment, independent variable’ s inflation, control variable’ s GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The Years (1992- 2009)’ re dummy variables.
