In this study, concept of entrepreneurial orientation and its dimensions, career satisfaction and perceived organizational support which is one of the factors that affect career satisfaction and also intention to quit which is one of the results of career satisfaction and also academic studies related concepts are discussed. Thisstudy includes a research concluded by automotive companies’ research and development department which is the member of automotive manufacturers associations. The results show that perceived organizational support is mediated effects on the relationship between employees’ perception of entrepreneurial orientation and career satisfaction; career satisfaction ismediated effects on the relationship between employees’ perception of entrepreneurial orientation and intention to leave. Additionally, result reveals significant differences in relationship with demographic characteristics and career satisfaction and intention to leave.
Abstract (Original Language): 
Bu çalışma, çalışanların örgütlerine yönelik girişimcilik yönelimi algılarının örgüt desteği ile kariyer tatminleri ve işten ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişki ortaya konma amacıyla Otomotiv Sanayi Derneği’ne üye olan Türkiye’de Araştırma Geliştirme departmanına sahip örgütler ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarıçalışanların örgütlerine yönelik girişimci yönelimi algılarıile kariyer tatmini arasındaki ilişkide algılanan örgüt desteğinin; çalışanların örgütlerine yönelik girişimci yönelimi algılarıile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkide kariyer tatmininin aracıdeğişken rolü olduğunu ve çalışanların demografik özellikleri ile kariyer tatminleri ve işten ayrılma niyetleri arasında anlamlıilişkiler olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.
