Abstract (2. Language):
Colon perforation is a rare condition due to compressed air. It is a result of compressed air administered jokingly or accidentally by industrial workers to each other. This type of injury develops especially when compressed air given by the workers to clean each others working clothes penetrates into the anus. The key point in this situation is that the colon perforation can occur without any direct contact of the compressed air hose to the anus. In this article, a colon perforation case on an industrial worker, which occurred due to compressed air given through the anus by his co-workers.
