Abstract (2. Language):
Pulmonary Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (PLCH) X, which is a subgroup of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis, is an idiopathic interstitial lung disease in which Langerhans cell infiltration is seen in the lung. There is no certain data on the prevalence of PLHH. In some studies, the estimated prevalence was calculated as 0.27 and 0.07 per 100000 population in males and females respectively. Due to the large number of cases that are smokers, it is considered that the pathogenesis is related to smoking. We are presenting a rare case that has not progressed for 12 years despite smoking.
