Abstract (2. Language):
Cyst of Canal of Nuck is a cystic structure along inguinal canal or extending to labium majus which is
formed by nonobliterated processus vaginalis. It is rarely encountered in women but it should be taken
account in the differential diagnosis. Here, a woman operated for an inguinal mass and diagnosed to
have a cyst of Canal of Nuck will be evaluated with respect to clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment
and differential diagnosis as well.

Nuck kanalı kisti prosesus vajinalisin oblitere olmamasıyla oluşan inguinal kanalda olan ya da labium
majusa uzanan kistik bir yapıdır. Kadınlarda nadir görülmekle beraber ayırıcı tanıda düşünülmesi
gereken bir durumdur. Burada inguinal kitle nedeniyle opere olan ve nihai olarak Nuck kanal kisti
tanısı alan hasta, klinik, tanı, tedavi ve ayırıcı tanı açısından ele alınacaktır.
