Süperniimerer teeth , are atı excess number of teeth and mesKxJens is the supcrnumercr Uxrth that occurs in the maxillary' midline. The aetiology of mesiodens is unknown. They Are usually small and short with triangular or conical crown shapes. Because of their smallness. they normally cannot be detected by palpation. Süperniimerer leelh can be single or multiple, and impacted, inverted, ur erupted. Their •revalance in males is twice as frequent as in females. In this study, clinical and radiographic records of seven patients with supcrnumercr teeth were reported. And also, the treatment modalities and the possible complications that siipernumcrer teeth may cause were discussed.

"Süperniimerer dişler'', diş arkında fazladan yer alan dişlerdir, "-mesiodensler" ise maksi İler orta haLLıı yer alan süpernümerer dişlerdir. Meşindensin etyoJojisi bilinmemektedir. Genellikle üçgen veya konik kron yapısı olan küçük ve kısa yapıda dişlerdir. Çok kiiciik yapıda olduklarından normalde palpasyonLı muayene sırasında farkcdilcıncy.lcr. Siipernümerer dişler denial arkta lek veya hirden fa/J a sayıda görülebilirler, ve gömülü, ters dönmüş, veya sürmüş konumda olabilirler. Bu çalışmada, süperniimerer diş ^apiarian yedi haşlanın klinik ve radyografik kayıtları rapor edilmiştir. Ayrıca, tedavi planları ile süperniimerer dişin sebep olabileceği ınurucmel komplikasyonliir larlışılmiştir.
