In this study dentinal Lubules penetration ol resin based sealer AHPlus and glass ionoıneı sealer Endion were evaluated with SEM. 24 newly extracted maxillary inci.sal teeth were used. The crowns of the teeth were cut froin the ecmentc-enamel junction and after that , the root canals were prepared up to no 40 K-llle with step-back Lechmquc.The smear layer was removed by irrigation with %17 HOT A and %5 NaOCL Tcelh were randomly dcvided into 2 groups.4 teeth were used as Ebe control group. 10 teeth in the first group were filled with Endion and 10 teeth m the second group were filled with AHPlus using lateral condensation tcehnique.Aticr that, every root were divided into two parts and evaluated with SEM. As a resault while Endion root canal sealer was penetrated I0-I5um, AHPlus was penetrated 30^m into dentinal tubules

Çalışmada epoksi rezin içerikli bir kanal patı oiarı AHPlus ile cam iyonomer içerikli yeni bir pal olan EndıoıTun dentin tübiıllerine penetrasyonları SEM'de incelendi. Bu amaçla 24 adet yeni çekilmiş üst keser diş kullanıldj.Dişlenn kronları mine sement sınırından kesildikten sonra kök kanalları apikalde cn son 40 numaralı K tipi eğe olacak şekilde step-back tekniği ile prepare edildi.* I7'lik EDTA ve %5'lik NaOCI ile irrigasyon yapılarak smear tabakası uzaklaştırıldı.Dişler daha sonra rasigele 2 gruba ayrıldı .4 diş ise kontral grubu olarak kullanıldı.1. gruptaki 10 adet diş Endion kanal patı, 2. Grupta ki İÜ adet diş ise AHPlus kanal patı ile lateral kondenzasyon tekniğiyle dolduruldu. Daha sonra kökler ikiye ayrılarak SEM'de incelendi. Çalışma sonunda Endion kanal palının dcııLin tübüllerine 10-13 p.m penctıe olurken AHPlus kanal patının 30JAITI derinliğinde penetrasyon gösterdiği tespit edildi.
