in this paper, oral findings in a palient receiving radiation therapy was presented and the related literature was reviewed. The complications ni radiotherapy applied at the head-neck region are mainly xerostomia, dental caries, soft tissue damage and osteoradionecrosis. The cooperation between patient-dentist arc radiotherapist will greatly help to lessen to severity of these complications

Bu olgumuzda, radyasyon tedavisi gören bir hastanın •rai bulguları sunulmuş vç ilişkili literatürler gözden geçirilmiştir, Haş-boyun bölgesine radyoterapi uygulanan hastalarda görülen komplîkasyonlann bağında ağız kuruluğu, dış çürükleri, yumuşak doku hasan ve osteoradyonekroz gelmektedir. Bu komplikasyonların en aza indirilebilmesi için hasta-dişhekimi ve radyoterapi st işbirliği gerekli görülmektedir.
