Abstract (2. Language): 
Tooth hypoplasia is generally seen as a defective formation of enamel or denline, lı occurs in permanent or deciduous teeth A 18 year old male palienl referred to our faculty with orthodontic- complaint. During the clinical and radiological examination of Hie patient the maxiller and mandibular centralJateral,cimin and first molar teeth showed considerable hypoplasia which may be due to exanthomaluus disease in childhood and root di laceration in some teeth were evaluated.

Diş hipoplazisi gencide mine ve elentinin hatalı oluşumundan dolayı göruhir. Daimi ve süt dişlerinde oluşabilir. 18 yaşındaki erkek hasta fakültemize »rtodontift şikayetleri nedeniyle müracaat etti. Hastanın klinik vc radyolojik muayene sırasında maksillcr ve rnandibulcr santral jateraJ.kanin vc 1. ıtlülar dişlerinde çocukluk çağında geçirilen eks an tomato z hastalığa bağlı olduğu düşünülen hipoplaziler ve bazı dişlerin köklerinde dileserikiyonlar gözlenmiştir.
