They can be found in every part of" the body;moi"C commonly fasia. tendons, cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue. But they can be seen over, kidney, mammary tissue and intestine as- well. In an oral area, even if" fibroma can be seen entire mucoza, they are most freqently seen tongue, lip, gingiva, plate and cheek mucosa.
A patient suffering from the mass in lateral mandibular region which cause facial asimelry applied Lo our clinic. In these case report. This patient's preoperative, operative, posloperalive treatment steps and classification of the lesion were discussed under Lhe light of literature,

Bağ dokusu tüm vücuda yay ıhmış ulmasma rağmen, bağ dokusu tümörleri n kadar sık görülmemektedir, Fibromalar fıbro/. bağ dokusundan menşey alır vc onun yapısını gösterirler. Vücudun her yerinde bulunabilirler, Hn sık görüldüğü yerler deri, derialtı dokusu, fa&ia ve tend onlardır- Fakat over, böbrek, meıne ve barsak gibi organlarda da görülebilirler Oral bölgede ise liim mukozada gorıilebilirlerse de en fazla dil, dudak, gingiva, yanak mukozası ve damakta bulunurlar.
Bu vakada fasıal asimetriye yol açan mandibular lateral bölgede ki kitleden dolayı kliniğimize baş vuran hastanın preoperatif, operatif ve post operatıf tedavi adamaları ve Iczyoııun sınıflandırılması literatür ışığı altında tartışıldı.
