Abstract (2. Language): 
In this caw. treatment of a horizontal root fracture in the coronal 3/3 of a maxillary left canine is presented. As the pulp ul" the looth is non-vital, root canal Treatment is applied. Ca(011)2 is placed in the root canal and replaced 4 times in 1 and 2 weeks intervals. After il was observed that there is no clinical and radiographic semploms, root canal is> filled with Thcrmafil technique and fol lowed-up in the 2, 6 months and 1 year.

Travmaya uğramış üst sol kanin dişin koronal 1/3 bölümünde oluşan horizontal kök kırtğı vakamı sunulmaktadır. Dişin pulpası nekroz olduğundan kfinal tedavisine başlandı. Kok kanalımı I ve 2 hafta aralıklarla 4 kez Ca(OH>2 palı yerleştirildi. Dişle klinik ve radyografik olarak herhangi bir semptom olmadığına karar verildikleri ionra l'herma-fil dolgu tekniği ile dolduruldu ve 2, o ay ve 1 yıllık takibi yapıldı.
