Abstract (2. Language): 
The adenomatoid odontogenic tumour (AOT) is a rare benign neoplasm of odontogenic urigin. There are three variants induding follicular, extrafollicular and pcrileral. In this article is presented diagnosis and management of a cast; of extrafollieular variant of AOT which is found in the maxilla in a 26 year old woman patient.

Adenomatoid odontojenik tümör (AOT), odontojenik- kökenli nadir görülen benign bir neoplazmdır. Follikiiler, ekstrafollıkiiler ve pcrileral olmak ü?cre 3 tipi vardır. Bu makalede 26 yaşında kadın haşlanın üst çenesinde bulunan ekstrafolliküler tip AOT ün teşhis ve tedavisi sunulmakladır.
