ERKEN YAŞTA GÖRÜLMÜŞ PERİFERAL DEV HÜCRELİ GRANÜLOMA (VAKA RAPORU)

A PERIPHERAL GIANT CELL GRANULOMA IN EARLY AGE (CASE REPORT)

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The peripheral giant cell granuloma (PGCG) is a reactive lesion occurring on the gingiva and avveoaar ridge usually as a resutt of local rrritating factors such as tooth extraction, poor dental restorations, food impaction, ill-fitting dentures, plaque, and calculus. The PGCG may occur at any age but exhibits a peak incidence between 40 and 60 years of age. Women affected more than men. In our artcee, tt was presented a PGCG of the left mandible molar region of 4 years old female patient caused by bad oral hygiene and profound caries of decideus molar and was discussed its etiology, clinical, radiological and therapeutic features nn the light of the current literature.
Abstract (Original Language):
Perfferal dev hücreli granuloma (PDHG), dşş çekimi, kötü dental restorasyonlar, gıda gömülmeleri, iyi adapte olmamış protezler ve tartar gibi lokal rrrttan faktörler sebebiyle dişetnnde ve alveol kretinde ortaya çıkan reaktif bir lezyondur. PDHG, çoğu yaş grubunda görülebilirken, 40-60 yaş arası görülme oranı daha yüksektir. Bayan/ar, erkeklerden daha çok etkilenmektedir. Makalemizde, 4 yaşındaki kız çocuğunda sol alt çene molar bölgesinde kötü hijyen nedeniyle oluşan PDHG vakası sunulacak, PDHG'nnn etiyolojisi, kliniği, radyolojik bulguları ve tedavisi güncel literatürler ışığında tartışılacaktır.
