Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
Periodontal disease is an inflammatory disease of the supporting structures of the teeth and qutte common in the general population. Scaiing (Sc) and root planing (Rp) as well as dental poiishing (Dp) are widely used techniques in the initial therapy of periodontal diseases to remove rrrttants from the surfaces of the teeth. The purpose of this review was to evaluated the initial phase of periodontal therapy, adverse effects on teeth, soft tissues, restorations, enviromental of initial treatment, and risk management strategies.
Abstract (Original Language):
Periodontal hastalık dişlerin destek dokularının ittihabi brr hastalığıdır ve oldukça yaygındır. Diş yüzeyi temizliği (Scaling) ve kök yüzeyi düzleştrrilmesi (Rp) iş/emlerinin yanı sıra diş yüzeyi ci/alanması (Dp), diş yüzeylerinden irritanları çıkarmak için periodontal hastalıkların başlangıç tedavisinde yaygın kullanılan tekniklerdir. Bu makalenin amacı, sağlıklı bir periodontal doku elde etmek için yapılan başlangıç tedavisini (initial treatment), bu başlangıç tedavisinin dişlere, yumuşak doku/ara, restorasyonlara, çevreye verdiği zararlarını ve bun/arın giderilme strateji/erini itteratürler ışığında değerlendirmekti.
