Abstract (2. Language):
Osteoarthritis has been defined as a noninflammatory disorder characterized by progressive deterioration and loss (degeneration) of articular cartilage and subchondral bone accompanied by proliferation of new bone and soft tissue. Many authours have studied craniofacial morphology for exposed the relationship between bite force and gonial angle. The purpose of this study was to investigate to the relation between osteoarthrit and gonial angle.
Abstract (Original Language):
Osteoartrtt, yumuşak doku ve yeni kemik proifferasyonunun eştik ettiği, subkondral kemik ve eklem kıkırdağının kaybı (dejenerasyonu) ile karakterize nonnnflamatuar brr eklem hastalığıdır. Daha önceden yapılmış olan çalışmalarda yüz morfolojisi He maksimum ısırma kuvveti arasındaki ilişki incelenmiş, gonial açı He ısırma kuvveti arasında brr ilişki olduğu gösterilmiştir. Çalışmamızda da, gonial açı lle osteoartrtt arasındaki Wşknnnn incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
