Abstract (2. Language): 
Ceramics are best able to mimic the appearance of natural teeth; however brittleness of the material is limited the use of ceramics in the fabrication of dental restorations. Yet the availability of computer aided design and manufacture processing in dentistry and the molecular stability of zirconium at room temperature in tetragonal stage are the possible of manufacturing restorations in the posterior region teeth with deserted esthetics, marginal integrity and sufficient mechanical properties. In this itterature review information about current dental CAD/ CAM systems was given.

Seramikler, estetik açıdan doğal dişlerin yerini alabilen en iyi materyal olmasına karşın kırılganlıkları dental restorasyonların yapımında kullanım/arını kısıtlamaktadır. Ancak, bilgisayar destekli tasarım ve üretimin dental uygulamalara girişi ve zirkonyumun oda ısısında tetragonal fazda stabilize edilebilmesiyle arka grup dişlerde de arzulanan estetik görünüm, marjnnal uyum ve yeteri mekanik özellikte restorasyonlar yapmak mümkün olmuştur. Bu derlemede, diş hekimliğinde uygulanan CAD/CAM sistem/eri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
