Abstract (2. Language): 
An 14 year-old female patient applied to the Orthodontic Department of the Faculty of Dentistry at Atatürk University because of the esthetic reasons. After clinical and radiographical examinations, it had been observed that upper right lateral incisor had a conical tooth anomaly and upper left lateral incisor had absent congenitally. It was concluded that a successful esthetic appearance could not be obtained with orthodontic intervention without prosthodontic treatment, so a treatment planned orthodontic and prosthodontic clinics performed together. Fixed orthodontic treatment was applied to the patient and after orthodontic treatment upper right lateral incisor was restorated with full ceramic crown while absent upper left lateral incisor was restorarted with inlay bridge.

Atatürk Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Ortodonti kliniğine estetik nedenlerle 14 yaşında bayan bir hasta başvurdu. Klinik ve radyografik muayene sonucunda sol üst yan kesici dişinin konjenital olarak olmadığı ve sağ üst yan kesici dişinin ise konik formda olduğu görüldü. Protetik tedavi uygulanmadan yapılacak bir ortodontik tedavinin istenilen estetik sonucu veremeyeceği belirlendi ve ortodonti ve protez kliniklerinin beraber yürüteceği bir tedavi planlandı. Hastaya sabit ortodontik tedavi uygulandı ve ortodontik tedavi sonrası üst sağ lateral diş tam seramik kuron ile restore edilirken eksik olan üst sol lateral diş ise inley köprü ile restore edildi.
