Abstract (2. Language): 
In recent years, many good clinical results are obtained with polyethylene fibers because of that reason, the interest to polyethylene fibers increases. The development of the new and strong composite materials and adhesive fibers in adhesive technology have provided that conservative and aesthetic prosthetic applications could be done much more eaisier. In this case report, direct restorations with fiber reinforced adhesive bridge of the two cases including in diastema or missing teeth in the anterior region of the lower jaw were presented. 1-year followup of the fiber reinforced adhesive bridge case and 9- month follow-up of the fiber reinforced diastema closure case in our clinical practice were done. Although there is no problem in three-month followup in the first case, gum problems have been seen one year after the following process because patient was not careful enough to oral hygiene. Although a slight color change has been observed in the second case, patient has decided to postpone implant application because patient satisfied from the result.

Son yıllarda yapılan klinik çalışmalarda bulgularının iyi olduğu bildirilen polietilen fiberlere karşı ilgi artmıştır. Adeziv teknolojisindeki yeni ve güçlü kompozit materyallerin ve yapışabilir fiberlerin gelişimi, konservatif ve estetik protetik uygulamaların kolaylıkla yapılabilmesini sağlamaktadır. Bu vaka raporunda alt çene ön bölgede diastema veya diş eksikliği gösteren iki vakanın direkt yöntemle fiber destekli adeziv köprü ile restorasyonları sunulmuştur. Kliniğimizde uyguladığımız ilk fiber destekli adeziv köprü olgusunun 1 yıl, ikinci fiberle destekli diastema kapatma olgusunun ise 9 aylık takipleri yapılmıştır. İlk olguda 3 aylık takipte herhangi bir problem yok iken 1 yıl sonra hastanın oral hijyene dikkat etmemesine bağlı olarak dişeti problemi görülmüştür. İkinci olguda hafif bir renk değişikliği gözlense de hasta sonuçtan çok memnun kaldığından implant uygulamasını ertelemeye karar vermiştir.
