With their supporting tissues, natural teeth have important role to identify the facial counters and to support oral functions like masticating, fonalion and swallowing. Loss of natural teeth, effects e&thetic and oral functions negatively and also is a reason for physcologiu breakdown. In this conditions; fabricated immediaL dentures can be used after the extraction of natural teeth. This article provides knowladge about this problems-

Doğal dişler çevre dokuları ile beraber çiğneme, konuşma ve yutkunma gibi ağız fonksiyonların] destekleyen ve yüz konturlarmı belirleyen önemli yapılardır. Doğal dişlerin çeşitli nedenlere bağh kayıpları yüz estetiğini ve ağız fonksiyonlarını olumsuz etkilediği gibi hastada sosyal ve psikolojik yıkımlarda yaratabilir. Bu durumlar doğal dişlerin çekimini takiben hemen [»kılabilecek çekim öncesi planlanmış vc hasırlanmış immediat protezlerle önlenebilir. Bu makalede de bu tip protezler hakkında bilgi verilecektir.
