Abstract (2. Language):
Temporomandibular joint dysfunction is a table characterized with indicators such as pain and joint sounds and functional limitations. In the therapy of TMJ dysfunction is often necessary to apply methods that can be defined as operative and non-operative. In this clinical research, conventional conservative therapy approaches and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection were applied on 148 patients who applied our clinic and were diagnosed to have anterior disc displacement. The results of both therapy appoaches were evaluated. According to clinical findings, result of intraarticular injection were better than the other group in especially joint sounds.
