Abstract (2. Language):
The article deals with the research of technology transfer in the theory of direct investments, connected
with the names of a number of foreign scientists-researchers. In spite of the peculiarities of
these theories, as a result direct investments lead to the swift growth of production and transfer of new
technologies, promoting prospective development.

Birbaşa investisiyaların nəzəriyyəsində texnologiyaların
ötürülməsi problemləri bir sıra xarici ölkələrin tədqiqatçı alimləri
tərəfindən tədqiq edilmişdir. Burada həmin problemlər müxtəlif
baxışlar əsasında, ilk növbədə, kapitalın texnoloji aspektini nəzərə
alan birbaşa investisiyalar formasında dövriyyəsi, daha sonra
xarici ticarətin mühüm nəzəriyyələri və texnologiyaların
ötürülməsi kimi nəzərdən keçiriləcəkdir.
