Abstract (2. Language):
In article are investigated theoretical and empirical aspects of a regional industrial infrastructure
in conditions of market relations, and also her role and the importance in development of the country.
Is analysed the essence and organizational-legal forms, systems of parameters and methodological
designations of an industrial infrastructure, strategy economic region and the tendency of specialization,
are determined factors strengthening her of competitiveness, are specified, directions prioritys
of effective state regulation. It is proved that, for maintenance of steady development of region, it is
necessary to create more modernized industrial infrastructures, basing on rational use local material,
financial, a manpower and natural riches.

Məqalə bazar münasibətləri şəraitində regional istehsal infrastrukturunun nəzəri
və empirik aspektlərinə, ölkənin iqtisadi inkişafında onun rolu və əhəmiyyəti
məsələlərinin tədqiqinə həsr edilmişdir. Burada müasir dünyada regional istehsal infrastrukturunun
mövcud sistem və təşkilati-hüquqi formaları, göstəricilər şəbəkəsi,
onun metodoloji təyinatları, iqtisadi rayonlaşma strategiyası və ixtisaslaşma meyilləri
təhlil olunmuş, rəqabətqabiliyyətliyi artıran amillər şəbəkəsi müəyyən edilərək,
səmərəli dövlət tənzimlənməsi istiqamətləri göstərilmişdir. Əsaslandırılmışdır ki, regional
inkişafın davamlı təminatı üçün, yerli material, maliyyə, əmək resursları və
təbii sərvətlərdən səmərəli istifadə əsasında daha modern və təkmil istehsal infrastruktur
yaradılmalıdır.
