Abstract (2. Language):
In this paper the author presented a generalized form of questions relating to such a radical
way to transform as the restructuring of enterprises, we consider some features of the
restructuring, both in general and in the context of its individual components. Also reflected
questions the relationship of concepts such as reforming, restructuring, reorganization and
reorganization of enterprises and companies.
In this paper we study the objective prerequisites for Enterprise Restructuring and
methodological framework of restructuring, analyzes the main directions of restructuring.
Thus, the author cites the opinion of economists on the concept of "restructuring". The author
considers the differences in the strategies of enterprises, enterprises identified problems and
their solutions.

Məqalədə müəllif struktur dəyişikliklərin müəssisələrin restrukturizasiyası kimi radikal
üsuluna aid olan məsələləri ümumiləşdirilmiş formada təqdim edir. Burada restrukturizasiya
prosesinin bir çox xüsusiyyətləri işıqlandırılır. Həmçinin müəssisə və şirkətlərin restrukturizasiyası,
sanasiyası, yenidən strukturlaşdırılması, yenidən təşkili, formalaşdırılması kimi
qarşılıqlı əlaqəli məsələlər öz əksini tapmışdır.
Məqalədə müəssisələrin restrukturizasiyasının obyektiv zəminləri, səbəbləri göstərilir,
ilkin şərtləri tədqiq edilir, restrukturizasiyanın metodoloji əsasları araşdırılır, restrukturizasiyanın
əsas istiqamətləri təhlil edilir. Müəllif «restrukturizasiya» termininə dair iqtisadçı
alimlərin fikirlərini də qeyd edir. Müəssisələrin problemləri və onların həlli üsulları, müəssisələrin
müxtəlif strategiyaları tədqiq edilir.
