Sprey Piroliz Yöntemi (seri A) Üretilen CuInSe2 Filmlerin Optik Özellikleri

Optical Properties of CuInSE2 Films Produced by Spray Pyrolysis Method (series A)

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
CuInS2 semiconductor films have been produced by the spray pyrolysis method on to the glass substrates kept at different substrate temperatures. Optical characteristics of the CuInS2 films have been analyzed using spectrophotometer in the wavelength range 400-900nm. The optical band gap energy has been obtained from the plot of (αhv)2 vs hv. The absorption spectra of the films showed that this compound is a direct band gap material and gap values varied between 1.51-1.80eV, depending on the substrate temperatures.
