Abstract (2. Language):
Reconstruction of soft tissue defects of the ankle and distal part of the leg is still considerable because of the local source of the soft tissue for coverage is limited. Soleus muscle flap based on minor vascular pedicle is an available alternative for defects in these regions. Observation.- Two cases which defects on the distal lower leg were repaired by soleus muscle flap based on minor vascular pedicle were presented. Except partial skin graft loss in one case, no complication was observed in follow up period.
Abstract (Original Language):
Bu çalışmada biri ayak bileği medialinde, diğeri pretibial bölgenin 1/3 distal kısmında yumuşak doku defekti olan 2 hastada, minör vasküler pedikülleri üzerine hazırlanan kısmi soleus kas flebi uygulamaları sunulmuştur. Olgulardan birinde erken dönemde deri greftinde kısmi kayıp oluşmuş ve tekrar greftlenmiştir. Olguların geç dönem takiplerinde herhangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmemiştir.
