Abstract (2. Language):
Nosocomial fungal infections have became important causes of morbidity and mortality over the last ten years. Immunocompromised patients are at a high risk of hospital acquired fungal infections, specially candidemia. Epidemiology of nosocomial fungal infections concerning on frequently isolated causative agents and major risk factors have been reviewed in this paper.
Abstract (Original Language):
Hastanede kazanılan (nozokomiyal) infeksiyonlar özellikle son on yıldır önemli bir morbidite ve mortalite sebebi olmuştur. Bağışıklık yetmezlikli hastalar hastane kaynaklı mantar infeksiyonu, özellikle kandidemi açısından yüksek risk altındad ırlar. Bu derlemede, sıklıkla ayrıldığı bildirilen hastane kaynaklı mantarlar ve başlıca risk faktörleri üzerinde durularak hastanede kazanılan mantar infeksiyonlar ının epidemiyolojisi gözden geçirilmiştir.
