Abstract (2. Language): 
In terms of filling the missing areas of other sectors like private and public, it is important to meet the social needs of third sector. The change and transformation is a must for the third sector in both application and conceptual as social needs are continuously increasing and radical changes are needed. On this transformation, social entrepreneurship and social profit concept have a big share especially in recent years. In this study, third sector organizations and some concepts related to these organizations and necessity of reshaping the perception of management will be discussed.

Üçüncü sektör toplumsal ihtiyaçların karşılanması ve diğer sektörler olan kamu ve özel sektörün eksik bıraktığı alanları doldurması açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Toplumsal ihtiyaçların sürekli artması ve köklü çözümleri gerektirmesi üçüncü sektörde gerek kavramsal gerekse uygulamada bir değişimi ve dönüşümü zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu dönüşümde özellikle son yıllarda sosyal girişimcilik ve sosyal kâr kavramlarının öne çıkmasının önemli bir payı vardır. Bu çalışmada üçüncü sektör kuruluşlarının ve bu kuruşlara özgü bazı kavramların yeniden ele alınması ve yönetim anlayışının yeniden şekillendirilmesinin gerekliliği ortaya konulacaktır
