Abstract (2. Language): 
Global warming and climate change are on the top of the environmental problems threatening world. Potential effects of global climate change will concentrate on agriculture, forests, clean water supplies, sea level, energy, human health, and biodiversity. In addition, the fact that it will lead to chained effects in economic, ecological, and social life necessitating sensitivity of all countries to international cooperation for measures against global climate change.

Küresel ısınma ve iklim değişikliği, dünyayı tehdit eden çevre sorunlarının başında gelmektedir. Küresel ve bölgesel anlamda bir takım etkilerinin ortaya çıkacağı beklenen küresel iklim değişikliğinin potansiyel etkileri; tarım, orman, temiz su kaynakları, deniz seviyesi, enerji, insan sağlığı ve bio çeşitlilik üzerinde yoğunlaşacaktır. Ayrıca, dünyanın her yerinde henüz tam anlamıyla yaşanmamış olsa da, ekonomik, ekolojik ve sosyal yaşamda bir takım zincirleme etkilere neden olacak olması, küresel iklim değişikliğine karşı gerekli önlemlerin alınmasında, tüm ülkelerin, uluslararası işbirliğine gerekli duyarlılığı göstermesini gerektirmektedir.
