Abstract (2. Language):
While a successful implementation of ERP brings out many benefits to
companies unsuccessful implementation causes great disappointments. The
implementation of ERP is a complex process and the literature is full of failure
stories. For this reason it is imperative that companies which are successful in ERP
implementation share their experiences with the ones thinking of implementation.
In this study, a step by step procedure of implementing manufacturing,
logistics, and purchasing modules of ERP in a new factory of an international auto
part suppler is described. Data for this case study was collected through active
observation, Project documents, interviews with Project managers, end users, and
consultants

Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması (Enterprise Resource Planning: ERP)
sisteminin baĢarılı bir Ģekilde kurulması iĢletmelere önemli kazanımlar sağlarken
kurulumun baĢarısız olması ciddi zararlar verebilmektedir. ERP kurulumu
karmaĢık bir süreç olup literatürde baĢarısızlık hikâyelerine sıkça değinilmektedir.
Bu nedenle kurulum çalıĢmalarında baĢarılı olmuĢ firmaların tecrübelerinin baĢka
firmalarla paylaĢılması önem taĢımaktadır.
Bu çalıĢmada otomotiv yedek parçası üreten Türkiye merkezli uluslararası
bir firmanın yeni kurulan fabrikasında ERP’nin satın alma, üretim ve sevkiyat
modüllerinin ana firma ile entegre olarak kurulması süreci adım adım
anlatılmaktadır. Vaka çalıĢması için bilgiler aktif gözlemler, proje dokümanlarının
incelenmesi ve proje yöneticileri, projede çalıĢan anahtar kullanıcılar ve
danıĢmanlar ile yapılan görüĢmeler sonucunda elde edilmiĢtir.
