Abstract (2. Language):
Because Information Revolution has not caused a crucial change in current Industrial
Society structure, Information Revolution is not a new revolution but it is an extension of
Industrial Revolution. However, at several highly developed countries like United States, it is
likely to mention some of the first symptoms about Information Society. In Turkich Society, has
not completed its development yet, the fact of industrialization keeps its importance in the
meantime.The main theme of this article is industrialization. This study has been done within a
systematic approach, a descriptive model and a critical method.

“Enformasyon Devrimi”, yeni bir devrim değil, Endüstri Devrimi’nin ileri bir
derecesidir. Çünkü, Enformasyon Devrimi’nin mevcut endüstri toplum yapısında köklü bir
değişikliğe yol açtığı pek söylenemez. Ancak ABD gibi ileri derecede endüstrileşmiş birkaç
ülkede Enformasyon Toplumu’nun ön belirtilerinden bahsedilebilir. Bu bağlamda;
“endüstrileşme” olgusu, iktisadi gelişmesini henüz tamamlayamamış Türk toplumu gibi
toplumlarda önemini halen korumaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Endüstri Toplumu’nun ortaya çıkışının
iktisadi ve sina-i şartları incelendi. Konunun ana teması endüstrileşmedir. Bu çalışma, sistemci
bir yaklaşımla, betimleyici modelde ve eleştirel bir yöntemle yapılmıştır.
